How It Works
Our simple 4-step process to help you achieve your Australian migration goals
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is conducted with a Registered Migration Agent to assess the applicant's profile against the legislation, policy, and criteria in force at the time of advice. Based on this assessment, appropriate visa options are identified, and a tailored migration strategy and indicative pathway toward the intended migration outcome are formulated. An estimate of professional fees and applicable government charges, current as at the date of advice, will also be provided. All cost estimates remain subject to change in accordance with legislative and policy updates.
Engagement & Tailored Checklist
Where instructions to proceed are received, a formal Client Service Agreement and compliance documentation are issued for execution. Upon receipt of signed documents, a customised document checklist is provided, aligned with the applicant's specific circumstances and the proposed migration strategy.
Document Review & Application Lodgement
Upon receipt of all requested and required documentation, a comprehensive review is undertaken. The relevant application is then prepared and lodged, supported by all necessary provided documentation and submissions.
Ongoing Management & Outcome
The application is managed throughout its lifecycle, including liaison with the Department of Home Affairs where required. Ongoing guidance is provided at each stage until a decision is finalised.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common migration and visa questions
A Registered Migration Agent (RMA) is a professional authorised to provide Australian immigration advice under the Migration Act 1958, formally registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). They are legally permitted to advise on and manage visa applications, ensuring compliance with Australian migration law and the Code of Conduct.
Current processing times are published by the Department of Home Affairs on their Global Visa Processing Times page, updated regularly by visa subclass and stream. Times vary significantly depending on the visa type, your individual circumstances, and the Department's current workload. We provide estimated timelines during your initial consultation.
All decisions rest with the Department of Home Affairs. No migration agent can ethically guarantee visa approval. Our role focuses on accurate eligibility assessment, early risk identification, and preparing compliant, thoroughly documented applications to maximise your chances of a successful outcome.
Our initial consultation fee is $90 (including GST), covering a comprehensive profile assessment, eligibility analysis, and tailored guidance on suitable visa pathways. Fees for ongoing migration services are transparent and outlined upfront before any engagement begins.
You are legally entitled to apply for a visa independently. However, migration law is highly technical and constantly evolving. A Registered Migration Agent can help you navigate the complexities, reduce the risk of delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes, and ensure your application is complete, compliant, and presented in the strongest possible way.
Yes, we offer consultations via secure video call (Zoom/Microsoft Teams) and phone, providing the same professional assessment regardless of your location. This allows us to assist clients across Australia and overseas with flexibility and efficiency.
Our principal agent Alpesh Patel communicates primarily in English, with support available in Gujarati and Hindi. This enables us to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure nothing is lost in translation during the migration process.
